Q: Why do I have to create a username and password?
A: If you are a returning nominator, you can use the username and password you created in previous years. If this is your first time submitting a nomination for the Goldie Awards, we recommend creating an account. Having an account will help you keep track of nominations you have submitted.
Q: I can't log in.
A: If you have tried the 'lost password' link and are still unable to log in, please contact the Awards Administrators at awards@goldencrown.org to reset your credentials.
Q: My email address has changed.
A: You can change your personal details in your profile in the awards system. If you encounter any problems, please contact the Awards Administrators at awards@goldencrown.org.
